To initiate a return, please contact us at cielojewelryco@outlook.com within 30 days of your purchase.
All returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including the original tags and packaging.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. Final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For US Returns:
- If you have received an incorrect item or size, you are eligible for a complimentary return.
- However, if you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, the cost of the return will not be reimbursed.
- Please note that for international returns, the cost of the return will not be reimbursed.
Return Process
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please send us an email at cielojewelryco@outlook.com within 30 days of placing your order.
We will provide you with the appropriate instructions for the return via email. Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging, we will promptly credit the refunded amount to you.

Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your bank statement.
