We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends. However, during sale periods, festive seasons, and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 4-7 days.

If you would like to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to cielojewelryco@outlook.com and provide us with the necessary details, including your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

We offer Free Shipping over USD$75 and Free Express Shipping over USD$150.

  • Economy shipping: Flat rate USD $10 for most countries worldwide.
  • Express shipping: Flat rate USD $25 for most countries except remote regions in some countries.

The final shipping price can be estimated during the checkout process.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cielojewelryco@outlook.com within 30 days of your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including the original tags and packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. Final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We pack our beautiful jewelry in a canvas CIELO pouch. To minimize our use of paper products, we do not include any packing slip or physical receipt in any of our orders. Our gift boxes, and jewelry carding are all made from 100% recycled paper.

Certainly! We offer gift wrapping services for your order. Simply leave a comment in the note section during checkout, specifying that you would like your item to be gift wrapped. Additionally, if you would like to include a handwritten note, please provide the details in the same comment.
